Why use these calculators
Formulas you can check
Every calculator page shows the formula it uses and a worked example, so nothing is hidden inside a black box.
Built for how India counts
Rupees in lakh and crore, reducing-balance EMIs, quarterly FD compounding, CGST and SGST, and bigha that changes with the state.
Free, fast and private
No sign-up, no limits. Results appear as you type, and your numbers stay in your browser.
Honest about limits
Every calculator lists its assumptions and what it cannot do, so you know when to double-check with a bank, a doctor or an office.
Questions
Are the calculators free?
Yes. Every calculator is free to use, with no account and no limit on how often you use it.
Do you store what I type?
No. Calculations run in your browser. The numbers you enter are not sent to our server. Saved favourites and recently used calculators are kept only on your own device.
How do I know the results are right?
Each calculator page shows its formula and a worked example, so you can check the method. The calculation code is tested against values worked out independently. If you still find a mistake, please tell us through the contact page.
Why are some calculators marked “coming soon”?
We publish a calculator only when it is complete: working, tested and explained. Planned calculators are listed so you can see what is on the way, but they have no page until they are ready.
